1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and original components must be included

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Complete delivery address

Once verified, we will offer:

  • Replacement OR
  • Full refund (including shipping)

7. Refund Policy
